At Child and Teen Medical Center, we understand that children don’t always get sick during regular business hours. That’s why we offer pediatric walk in urgent care services at our Blaine location – on weekends and holidays!
Our Blaine clinic provides walk-in access to pediatric urgent care, so your child can receive prompt medical attention when you need it most. From fevers and sore throats to minor injuries and ear infections, our experienced pediatric providers are here to help.

When the clinic is closed, you’re never alone. We offer an after-hours on-call provider line – staffed by CTMC’s Providers. You will be able to speak directly with one of our passionate provider’s who knows your child’s medical history and can help you determine the best next steps.

Urgent Care is a great option if your child has recently developed mild or moderate symptoms that don’t appear to be serious. You don’t need to be an existing patient—new patients are welcome for any of the concerns listed below.

We certainly do! We accept new patients under the age of 18.
We are here every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:30am. We are also here on all major holidays including New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
For your convenience, we open the doors at 8:45 am for patients to start the registration process. The Provider starts seeing patients at 9:00 am.
No- our weekend/holiday clinic is on a walk-in basis only.
CTMC’s walk-in urgent care clinic on the weekend and holidays are staffed by one of our on-call providers. During peak respiratory season our volume can be higher which can lead to longer wait times.
Our providers can see patients for any acute illness such as fever, sore throat, cough, pink eye, bladder infections, etc. We can also assess any recent injury, but we do not perform x-rays in the clinic.
We have multiple on-site tests available to help diagnose your child’s illness with most delivering results within 15 minutes! Some of the tests performed on-site include:
Strep, Influenza A/B, COVID-19, RSV, CBC (Complete Blood Count), CMP (electrolytes and kidney function), Urinalysis
We accept most major insurances. Please verify with your insurance carrier if CTMC is in-network before you choose to be seen in clinic.
