Adamary Rosas, M.A.

Biography

I am a mental health therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate emotional challenges and build the skills they need to function confidently in school, relationships, and everyday life.

Originally born in Georgia and raised in Winona, Minnesota, I bring both strong academic training and diverse clinical experience to my work. I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and completed my master’s degree in counseling at the University of St. Thomas.

My professional background includes work in adolescent day treatment, outpatient therapy, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS), giving me a well-rounded perspective on mental health care across different environments.

Approach to Care

My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive environment where children and adolescents feel comfortable opening up.

I believe that meaningful progress happens when patients feel understood and accepted. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing children gradually come out of their shell and begin to express themselves with authenticity and confidence.

I work collaboratively with families to ensure care feels supportive, practical, and aligned with each child’s needs.
