Danielle Thurman, CPNP

Danielle Thurman, CPNP

Biography

I was born and raised in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. After graduating high school, I spent a few years living in Newport News, Virginia, and Twentynine Palms, California, before ultimately returning to Minnesota to be closer to family. From a young age, I knew I wanted to work in pediatric medicine, and I’ve taken a stepwise path to achieving that goal.

I began my career at CTMC as a Medical Assistant in 2007 and later earned my BSN and CPNP. While I primarily serve as Practice Administrator at CTMC, I continue to see patients on a very limited basis.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is caring for patients I met as newborns and later seeing them return to the clinic as parents themselves.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three daughters, attending their sporting events, gardening, and hosting Morgan Wallen sing-alongs (whether they like it or not!).

Approach to Care

I believe even the smallest moments can make a meaningful—and sometimes lasting—impact in people’s lives, and I strive to make each interaction count. My goal is to meet you wherever you are in your journey and build a long-term relationship rooted in trust, with a little laughter along the way. I value collaboration and shared decision-making so you feel confident, supported, and truly heard at every visit.
