Biography

Emma Helf, CPNP, grew up in Orono, Minnesota, and has always had a passion for caring for children and supporting families through every stage of growth. She completed her training as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care at St. Catherine University, graduating in 2020, and is also a Lactation Consultant – a combination that gives her a unique ability to support infants, new parents, and growing families.

Emma loves forming strong, lasting relationships with her patients and their families. She focuses on meeting each child exactly where they are and helping them build confidence, independence, and a voice of their own. She is especially passionate about caring for toddlers and younger school-aged children, helping them learn, explore, and understand their growing bodies. She also has a special interest in nutrition, exercise, and helping kids build healthy habits early in life.

Outside the clinic, Emma loves to exercise, cook, bake, and go to concerts – she’s seen the Jonas Brothers more than ten times.
