Biography

I am a mental health therapist who works with children, teens, young adults, and families to navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Originally from Champlin, Minnesota, I bring a compassionate and supportive approach to helping families work through difficult situations.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in addictions studies and mental health counseling. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and work under the supervision of Jennifer Joseph, PsyD, LP.

My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals ages 4–24 who may be experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, school difficulties, social struggles, or life transitions.

Approach to Care

I believe every child and family has a unique story. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and supportive so clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. By taking time to understand each family’s experiences and needs, I work collaboratively with clients to help them build skills, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence.
