I believe therapy is one of the greatest acts of self-love. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults, helping them navigate a broad range of disorders and develop the skills to function authentically in schools, relationships and society. My goal is to support individuals in accepting, understanding, and cultivating self-compassion for every part of themselves. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can process and explore the experiences that have shaped who you are today and learn new skills.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in a trauma-informed lens and integrates evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and continued my education at the University of St. Thomas, where I obtained my master’s degree in counseling. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Joseph, PsyD, LP towards my licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My professional experience includes working in an adolescent day treatment program, outpatient setting, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS).
